Shine on Richard Tait

Richard Tait, co-inventor of the game board Cranium passed away on July 25, 2022.  Artist Gary Baseman shared on social media his fond remembrance of the collaboration with Tait and Whit Alexander in creating the visual identity and characters for the best-selling and award-winning boardgame Cranium. 

For many people starting in the late 1990s, this game changed the way boardgames looked like and how they were played, using multiple parts of the brain and encouraging players to share their diverse talents.
