The Mighty Paw Pre-orders UPDATE

Announced in September 2024, the publisher Hat & Beard previously stated that pre-orders by December 1 would ship this holiday season. As of this date (13 Dec 2024), Hat & Beard is awaiting the books’ arrival to the United States.  They promise to ship as soon as possible. The official release date of this book is in 2025.

Written by Blackie the Cat and illustrated by best pal Gary Baseman, The Mighty Paw is the story about the Great Hate between the Black Cats and the Red Elifants.

“When Blackie and I first met,” Gary Baseman says, “he started to knock down the Red Elifants, I first thought it was a game.” A dozen years passed before Blackie the Cat revealed to the artist that his actions were actually a ritual reflecting on his family heritage.
